As the founder of a new direct-to-consumer t-shirt brand, I partnered with Turnaround to bring my online store to life. The project started in May 2025 and was successfully completed by the end of June 2025. Turnaround handled everything from branding guidance and UI/UX design to full Shopify setup, including product catalog upload, payment and shipping configuration, and custom features like a size guide, WhatsApp support, and email capture popups.

They also assisted with product photography coordination and basic SEO optimization to ensure the store was launch-ready and performance-driven. The final result was a clean, mobile-first, and easy-to-manage Shopify store that truly reflects the vision of my brand. The experience was smooth, and I’m very satisfied with the outcome.

The store was fully mobile-responsive, achieving a high PageSpeed score, and included all essential integrations such as WhatsApp support, email capture popups, and tracking tools like Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. Payment gateways and shipping setups were tested and made live, ensuring a seamless checkout experience. Key conversion features like a size guide and product reviews were implemented to build trust. Post-launch, the store recorded consistent visitor traffic, collected leads, and processed initial orders. Additionally, full backend training was provided, enabling independent management of the store. These results reflect a well-executed project that laid a strong foundation for scalable online growth.
