Turing Quantitative approached our project in a methodical but flexible manner.  As part of their scope, they worked with our teams to define AI use cases and identify pain points during a discovery and strategy phase.  In order to help with information retrieval and proposal drafting, they then developed a refined LLM (Large Language Model) trained on our previous project data.  Along with integrating AI tools into our internal systems to automatically generate reports, extract important insights from meetings, and identify potential risks in ongoing projects, they also developed a predictive analytics engine to forecast project staffing needs based on historical data and client requirements.

Even more specialized training would be one place for improvement, even though the interaction was largely favorable.  It took a while for some of our non-technical team members to get used to the AI technologies.  The move might have been easier with a more customized onboarding approach for various positions, like consultants versus IT workers.  Turing Quantitative, however, responded quickly to this issue by offering additional training materials after implementation.

• One of the biggest challenges for an eCommerce retailer was effectively managing first-party data while preserving a flawless customer experience. Turing Quantitative developed a Generative AI solution specifically suited to the company's requirements using an organized but creative methodology.  They developed a real-time data ingestion system that seamlessly integrated transactional, behavioral, and CRM data as part of the work's scope, which included data pipeline optimization.  Additionally, they created an AI-powered personalization engine that used real-time interactions to automatically categorize customers and produce hyper-personalized product recommendations.  They also developed a no-code connectivity layer that, without the need for developer assistance, linked our Shopify store to more than 50 marketing and analytics platforms.
