The Turbomates Soft team designed and delivered a stable data synchronization system that provides access to user files from any device. Users can manage their documents and check document revision history from the web and mobile applications even if their device was lost or they switched to a new one.

We needed a custom-built platform that allows us to create and manage point to point connections between our clients.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to launch a platform with outstanding functionality. Since it’s intended for customer communication, the platform had to be secure. We also added a few third-party integrations and cross-platform support. Finally, the UX itself had to be light and intuitive.

I really love the quality. The work was beautifully done and our partners have responded positively. Turbomates Soft built an incredibly complex platform.

They’re professional and work well in the agile process, used Scrum. They managed their team well and made sure we understood what was being worked on.

They spent a lot of time helping us figure out what we wanted. We were impressed with their speed and attention to details. Their development team is talented, responsive, and produced a high-quality product. We appreciate the skill with which they tackled the objective since we lacked the resources to execute in-house. We’re happy with their work.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Actually, If they were a larger development company, I think we’d lose a lot of what makes them unique. I really appreciate who they are as a boutique company with a huge backend development experience.

Turbomates Soft is our trusted partner helped our company to develop the product. They performed 100% of the work involved. I would classify our project as a large, multiyear application.

TMS has also integrated invoicing and payment processing and secure messaging. It required a team of 7 to 10 developers from Turbomates Soft at any given time.

Moreover, the application required integrating with third-party integrations to meet complex cybersecurity needs as dictated in regulations.

The team included 7–10 people. One project manager, Kotlin and Swift developers for the mobile project, frontend and backend guys for a web application.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to launch a product in time with all the fundamental changes and improvements that we desired.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They’re great to work with and are flexible with our time zone. Because I have a tech background, I understand how demanding my requirements can be, and I often give last-minute changes as I’m being briefed.

Regardless, they’re proactive and can really put their foot down to build solutions or prototypes as soon as we need them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Having done a few projects with TMS, I find that they’re flexible and quick to answer. I know they’re always there to help whenever I’m facing a last-minute brief on a project.

They’re great at growing teams to meet our needs and can speed up their work as required. Moreover, if they know they’ll miss a deadline(even for one day), they tell me, which is a testament to the solid communication we’ve built.

I’m CEO of TenderScout/Orbidal, a platform for procuring government contracts, has rebranded as Orbidal as part of its strategy to take on the US market. The Dublin-based startup develops a subscription software platform that helps firms find and apply for government contracts.

They have helped me to achieve my company goals while delivering a complete solution to the delight of my clients.

How did you select this vendor?

I did my due diligence and embarked on a very long process in which I found 20 different software developers from online searches. I whittled that down to about 8 companies. We selected 5 through various interviews.

After we narrowed it down to those 5, we did very exhaustive skype interviews to determine if the company fit our needs and how skilled they were at programming techniques. Turbomates Soft was familiar with programming that I knew and was by far the most qualified for many different reasons.

TenderScout combines sales pipeline management with powerful market analytics, opportunity qualification and personalisation to give companies a unique ability to compete for public sector tenders. It searches thousands of public sector procurement opportunities, from all over Europe, several times a day to find the ones that optimally align with the personalised preferences of each Company.

TenderScout analyses buying patterns, procurement awards and success factors from thousands of tenders so that Companies have access to critical decision making information about what opportunities are worth competing for. To that end, TenderScout provides online tools to plan, response projects, create proposal teams and assign and track tasks.

Since launching TenderScout in 2012, our clients have won an average of 83% of tenders they’ve competed for. Turbomates Soft provided full-scale development from the frontend consumer interface to the backend. They built a technology platform from scratch.

What was the team composition?

We hired a dedicated team of one project manager, five Developers, and QA testing team. They also offered several other resources that weren’t working on our project full time. Turbomates Soft does a good job of recognizing the workload and adjusting the team size accordingly.

I got very positive feedback from my entire network and users that use the product. Platform was very clear and helped to make sure users will come back to use service again.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Process went very smoothly I was involve and got update on everything getting done. Project manager understood very well my feedback and the entire vision. We launched platform on time without any delays. The project management was straight forward and transparent.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I've never had them say they couldn’t do something. There was always a solution in mind; nothing ever came up about cost or time. It was always about what was best for the product. They don’t overcharge you; they actually show a commitment and try to give the best product they can. They use all the right programming techniques and structures.

No, I’m really happy. I have no hesitation in recommending the team and will continue to work with them for long into the future.

Their team worked with the front-end and back-end engineering for the project. Later on in the project, the development work needed to be done on a highly demanding timeline; speed and execution were a major factor in the process.

In order to meet the deadline, we required TMS to work overtime and perform an all-out sprint for one month.

We had a project manager, three back-end developers, four front-end developers, a QA engineer, and a DevOps engineer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

This platform is a scalable, high-loaded, fault-tolerant solution that helps us grow without significant cost. Our new platform provided access to the target audience, helping us build a reputation as a reliable partner in the gaming and gambling fields.

The team at TMS has always surpassed my expectations, which is why I continue to pass entire software projects over to them. One of the major value-adds I have found with TMS is that they have a sufficiently large in-house team with enough dev capacity, so delays are pretty much never an issue and timescales are always realistic.

Also, closely related to this, what I find to be of critical value is that because the development team is all in-house, our projects’ knowledge bases are effectively preserved for future software iterations, which saves a huge amount of time and money. I highly recommend them.

Their management remained at a high level. We communicated through email, Skype chats, and conference calls. We agreed on a time-frame and knew exactly what they were doing at all times.

Their technical expertise was incredibly useful. Their competence was high in relation to almost every case and question we discussed.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As our long-term partner, we have only good things to say about TMS; we are very satisfied with performance and outcomes. There are always things that can be improved when together we jointly review work and analyse performance, but in the case of TMS those improvements are all minor and not particularly impactful. Overall, I'm very happy.

They made inmprovements of CRM and CMS tools for streamlined user management and content updates. To boost player engagement and retention, we implemented a bonus engine for tailored promotions and advanced segmentation tools for targeted marketing. A loyalty system was also established to reward ongoing player engagement. The project include extensive integrations with various payment systems, gaming and feed providers, ensuring seamless operations and a diverse gaming experience. Overall, these enhancements aimed to create a robust online gambling platform that delivers an exceptional user experience.
