Alex managed a few projects for us and we came to trust in his reliability, professionalism, and competence. After that, we decided to expand and use TCG for most of project management going forward.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
TCG provides professional candidates and their management team provides a safety net when PMs are unexpectedly unavailable or indisposed. We've come to rely on TCG to be there for us when we need them to handle variable project management workloads that ebb and flow according to client needs and the economy.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very good. TCG's management team oversees their project managers, handles feedback delivery, and steps in to help when necessary. The project managers are all professional and we've had positive experiences working with them.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I'm mostly impressed with the level of oversight TCG management provides for their team. They are quick to remediate any problems or concerns.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Over time we have learned that IT skills are not a prerequisite for IT project management. In a couple cases we went with a project manager that had IT experience, thinking that would be beneficial, but learned together that in the end it's communication and organization skills that matter more than the IT knowledge.
