Key features include user management, invite & earn, wallet system, leaderboard, spin rewards, and notifications. 
The admin panel will manage brands, tasks, users, banners, and reports. The tech stack includes Flutter for mobile, React for the admin panel, Node.js for backend, AWS for hosting, and Figma for UI/UX. A 6-member team will handle development, targeting a 90-100 working day timeline to deliver the product.

There isn't much I can think of in terms of areas for improvement with TST Technology. Their work has been stellar, and they consistently go above and beyond, ensuring the project’s success. However, one potential area for improvement could be in resource management. While their dedication is admirable, the level of commitment they've shown—especially with working weekends—could potentially lead to burnout over time. Ensuring that resources are balanced and managed well might help avoid this risk.

That said, the way TST is scaling, especially in today's challenging market conditions, is impressive. They have managed to maintain a high level of quality and responsiveness while expanding, which speaks volumes about their efficient processes and strong team structure.

Functional App that integrates with 2 devices, Fully functional dashboard.

Project Management happening in Agile model. Sprints are of 2 weeks and is managed on Jira created from our account. APK delivered at the end of 2 weeks. Team had meetings with the client to understand the requirements for each task. The main mode of communication is Hindi.

The founders are quite young and have good technical knowledge.

Are there any areas for improvement or something TST Technology could have done differently?

TST needs to improve its communications with the client - give more clarity on the requirements and have a more formal means of communication than What'sapp. The Team can also work on better judging the estimated time for a task and foresee delays caused due to calender holidays or employees taking leaves. UI/UX Also needs a bit of enhancement, however that will depend on the brand guidelines, so it is fine.
