The team composition was extremely attentive and personable as Aqib, one of the founders and the Cheif Executive Officer, clearly explained the process and the framework to meet our needs. He then relayed this framework to his core team, who then collaborated to develop a plan to reach these needs.

The information that True Pixel Group explained through their consultation genuinely helped the development process of our project. It clearly contextualized both the techonology required for our project and how it would be displayed for the user.

The consulation was flexibly arranged, and we had a meeting via Google Hangouts.

I am the Customer Service Manager at West-Tech Finishing Inc. Our company was formed over 30 years ago. Our company West-Tech Finishing Inc. specializes in metal finishing (anodizing and chemical conversion coatings) on aluminum.

We decided it was time to create a logo and redesign our website (including a video) . We met with Michael and his team and worked out a strategy. True Pixel was able to take our ideas and turn them into reality.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to create a website and a video highlighting our strengths of our company. Our automated production lines provide great quality and repeatability. By having the video on our website, we are able to demonstrate how our lines work. A picture is worth a thousand words and a video ten thousand.

Our exposure grew greatly from the end results. Tracking on google, we noticed a 25% jump in traffic to our facility. As a specialized industry, this is huge.

Initially, the timeline given was 5 month to complete. Instead, the site was done in 4 months, and the quality was fantastic.

We provide Wholesale Day Trip Adventures into Norfolk, Haldimand & Elgin Counties, for the Bus Tour Companies. The Bus Tour Companies we target provide Group Tours to Seniors in Southern Ontario. We started our Wholesale Bus Tour Business in 2017 and are in our third year, I am the owner and Group Sales Manager.
