The project management is world-class and the team can use whatever channel/method you prefer. We had weekly status updates, an excel task tracker, a more detailed online project management tracker, and slack updates when convenient. They consistently delivered items on time and responded to my needs quickly, precisely, and directly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There are a few things that I find impressive and unique about this company. I have +5 years in the B2B SaaS world, so hopefully what I say carries some weight. Firstly, every member on my team is an expert in what they do :) The quality of the team is impressive and world-class. Secondly, the organization as a whole is professional in all aspects and every interaction. 

All the way from the top of their management down to their lower-level salesperson, they maintained a high degree of consistency, professionalism, and excellence. I've loved working with them and would like to share my genuine appreciation for the team.

We selected this vendor through countless research and multiple conversations from an array of web developers. Our deciding factors were communication and the overall scope of the project being developed in a timely manor with reasonable pricing.

Our scope of work was for a fully developed website with multiple customized functionalities. Each step including the color scheme and page design was discussed by the Trootech Business team. I enjoyed their attention to detail and constant communication.

A project manager (Chirag) was my main point of contact. His team worked diligently to satisfy all of my requests and needs .

My site is in its final development stage and I am elated with the turnout. It’s professionally done and has every functionality that I asked for. I am very happy with the results.

The project manager Chirag was a dedicated worker. He stayed in constant communication with me and explained any and everything I asked. I could describe things to him because o had no idea what the terminology was and he would figure it out and apply it to the website development. He made my ideas come to fruition on the website. Great guy and very impressive.

Trootech Business is unique as they like to educate the customer as well as provide solutions. They provide their opinions and overall feedback and make the website easy to navigate through for simple minded people like myself.

No, they are very well polished and impressive. They love to work and get the job done. Very courteous and professional to say the least. I enjoyed working with them. They understood my vision and that’s what counted the most.
