Trivium Group increased our sales considerably while also decreasing my TACOS significantly.  We hit some roadbumbs in keeping TACOS low while managing sales velocity to avoid an stock-out, but the team pulled together to make sure our goals were hit and are doing a great job.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They definitely managed to increase my sales dramatically in a short period of time and I had doubts I would run out of stock really quickly so we had to tune it down. There was only one product at the time and it was just launched recently, so ranking did bleed my capital a lot and I was making loss daily. 

With the fees and ad spend I could not continue to take advantage of their services as it was out of reach for a seller like me in early stages. They did their best and if I could continue to afford I would definitely keep them!

Surprising was the fact that Mina himself was on the team which consisted of about 5-6 people. This was a really plus point for me and I hope he can still manage to stay involved with every client as they progress and become a big agency! We spoke daily on our progress and ways to make things better. The team was always there to respond quickly and they always tried to help with other matters as well not just advertising.

They really do become your inhouse team and you feel as if they have taken over all your PPC worries and will make everything better for you.

As mentioned before, I could not continue because of affordibility which isn't their fault. Although, I hope they can offer services for smaller/start up companies as they are not making any money in their early stages. As the startup becomes stable and progress towards profitability, they can start charging their standard rates.
