Trivium has been managing my PPC on Amazon for a while now. First of all, every single person I've interacted with at Trivium has been excellent. So that makes it an enjoyable experience in a community filled with fly by night services. 

I wanted the task of doing PPC off my hands as I wanted to focus on other things but also that I knew a dedicated team would do a better job, and they have. We are in daily communication, constantly improving, and adapting to the goals I want to hit at that time. 

I have advised many people to use Trivium if it makes sense for them at this point in their business. Once you're established, it's time to contact them, they'll do an audit, and then give you the run down.

There are a few metrics we are always working on. I get daily reports which outline the ACOS, TACOS, sales, spend, and more. We are constantly tweaking those depending on certain conditions but it's always based on what my current goals are.

The work itself is top notch. They dial in my ads daily. Always on top of it. That's expected and they are excellent at it. But what's interesting is that because Trivium isn't just one person, an agent, etc. they have a whole team. So it makes it feel like you have a whole team behind you.

Yes, across the board we are seeing better ROAS and inrease in sales. When we are out of stock, they push for better profitability also and are conscious of shifting demands.

The team is always available to answer my questions and provide guidance on optimizing my campaigns...they REALLY lean in. They have helped us at Neuro to significantly increase sales profitably, and whenever we are out of stock, they make sure optimizations happen effectively.

The amount of attention they give our account is incredible...almost unnatural! But this seems to be the experience of other people I have recommended to them. All other agencies have been so hands off but Mina is competititve in the best ways to make sure he stands out.

None thus far. And to put it into context, first of all, the number of Amazon agencies we have cycled through over the last seven years has been staggering. They all make big promises but the amount of passed on automation these agencies do with basic knowledge is frustrating.
