I'm the owner of Innovix Pharma. We own consumer brands of health supplements.

Trivium was brought in to improve plateaued PPC growth.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The founder and key driver at Trivium has both client and agency experiences in our space. Having walked in our shoes and experienced several of the same challenges gave Trivium a significant advantage over its competitors.

Defined strategy and course-corrected our PPC efforts. Trivium then encouraged us to embark on DSP campaigns.

Several - at least half a dozen or more.

Results have been better than expected from both PPC and DSP.

There's daily communication via Slack and occasionally offline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Trivium is driven, eager, and very easy to work with. Having worked with several PPC agencies before, Trivium is head and shoulders above the rest.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Trivium's core strength is analytics, so...creative is rarely discussed. This is one of the few areas of improvement. I don't expect this to remain as such for long.
