Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We contracted 3dwn to; 
A) Build a web based multi tennant reporting plattform to be used by our customers. Data fully segregated between clients. 
B) Incorporate support for our clients to create the PRIIPS KID documents, including support to; 

• All dynamic & calculated data derived from underlying source systems (PMS) 
• Text including support for various languages managed in the portal 
• Dynamic text handling depending on type of information (Fundcompany, fund, shareclass level) 
• Preview function to verify the quality / context per share class. 
• Production function to officially create and distribute single or multiple KIDs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We launched on budget and on time with multiple clients going live from start.

Time was very short and requirements not super clear. Think 3dwn added alot of value by being proactive and proposing solutions to achieve a positive end result.

What was your primary form of communication with Triple Down?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very flexible and positive. No barriers to what is possible as well as no supprices to cost.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Triple Down could have done differently?

This is on both but we could have spend more time at start to really clarify the requirements including UI/UX.

Triple Down was hired to create an entire solution from scratch. We came with an idea and Triple Down helped us go from a simple idea to finished product. It was very reassuring for us as a client to have someone on our side who could help us reach our goal within budget and on time. 

It was key for us to have an admin interface where we could manage the entire life cycle of a ride request, i.e. a user requests a ride through a successful arrival as well as managing the different types of air craft, and so on. This also tied into our ERP for invoicing and other types of management. It was also fundamental for us to have both Android and iOS apps, with support for devices that may be many years old.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have successfully launched in Mexico and Guatemala with new countries coming soon! Our users are loving the service and our apps work really well.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We have had weekly meetings and ad hoc show and tell of features and updates. Any input was taken carefully into consideration and the feedback loop was fast and effective which helped us iterate quickly. For us as buyers, it was fantastic to be able to actually use the apps ourselves while testing to really get a good feel for where the apps were heading in terms of features. 

They have been very flexible with helping us with new features and changes along the way that we encountered. It was a joy to work with them and we have a lot more we will do with them!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Not only are they open and friendly - which always helps when you are working intimately with a group of people - they were hardworking with great communication skills. Extremely frictionless!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Triple Down could have done differently?

For us, the only issue was that of timezones, since they are based on Stockholm, Sweden. Working around that proved to not be a hindrance per se, but still something to note. Local presence or at least a local point of contact would be the only thing lacking.
