The project involves the design and development of a digital rental platform that connects property hosts with guests looking for convenient and reliable accommodation and experiences. The platform will provide hosts with tools to list, manage, and promote their properties and services, while allowing guests to easily search, compare, communicate with hosts, and make bookings.

I’m the director of CallOut Solutions, an on-demand services aggregation marketplace offering company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Trioangle to accomplish for your on-demand services aggregation marketplace?

We needed to develop a functional product that we could launch in the market to make money with.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Trioangle has developed and designed a fully functional on-demand services app that we can use to onboard service providers and customers.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from Trioangle.

How did you come to work with Trioangle?

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in November 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve been able to successfully demo a functional product that has earned us an award of a R200,000 (approximately $10,000) government grant to use and attempt a launch. We’ve onboarded just below 100 service providers, and they say the app is very user-friendly. We’re still working on onboarding customers.

How did Trioangle perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time and are professional. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

They’re very diligent and have good attention to detail.
