My name is Paula Frias and I am the marketing director of Tanury Industries. We’re a family-owned electroplating and PVD service provider, in business for over 75 years.

What challenge were you trying to address with TribalVision?

We needed to bring a fresh approach to marketing for the company, utilizing the newest technology. I was familiar with Google AdWords and LinkedIn, but knew we needed help to get to the next level.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We utilize TribalVision as our marketing team. We decide which direction Tanury would like to go and they provide the knowhow and technology to make it happen. They’ve upgraded our website twice; the most recent redesign made the site responsive for mobile devices and tablets.

They do a lot of work with Google AdWords, targeting the landing pages for B2B qualified leads. They do some SEO and email marketing, as well as creating brochures and other marketing materials.

What is the team composition?

The composition of the team has changed over the years, but currently, my primary contact is a senior marketing associate. She has 2-3 other people on her team working with us.

Our chairman of the board attended a function where the founder of TribalVision was speaking. He was very impressed and invited Chris to come meet our team.

We’ve been working together about five years.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Previously, our marketing was misplaced in targeting B2C instead of B2B customers. We've seen a significant increase in solid B2B leads. Now the phone rings all day with solid leads.

Making the site responsive has also made a big difference because we found that many people were accessing the site on their phones and tablets.

TribalVision did a very good job making the marketing materials interesting, colorful, and cohesive.

How did TribalVision perform from a project management standpoint?

They are on the ball and do a great job keeping me on schedule. We’re in touch via email multiple times a day. They keep the projects moving forward so that I can focus on bringing in new business.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They listen really well, and that's so important. TribalVision understands that we have a solid reputation, and want to build on that to move the company forward.

Most marketing companies want to rebrand us, but our company doesn’t need to be rebranded. Most of our Google search results come from customers searching our name because it’s very well known in the industry.

No, I'm very happy with the team, especially the project leader.
