Trianglz was hired to design and develop a bespoke web application platform for my new export/import startup. The platform connects exporters with importers, functioning as an online exhibition rather than a traditional marketplace. Its primary goal is to verify exporters for importers, addressing a significant pain point for importers by ensuring they can trust the exporters they connect with. Additionally, the platform showcases exporters to help them market their products while offering value-added services for both parties.

The scope of work included:

• Exporter Verification System: A key feature was successfully implemented to verify exporters, addressing the primary pain point for importers and ensuring trust and reliability in the platform. This very feature significantly reduced the need for importers to visit embassies or conduct lengthy manual verification processes, saving time and resources.
  High Satisfaction Rate. We couldn't fit this feature in any ready-template. TrianglZ did a great effort custom-developing it.
• Seamless User Experience: The platform offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface for both exporters and importers, leading to positive initial feedback from early users.

I had a business idea to develop a medication platform to connect patients with pharmacies. We engaged TrianglZ to build the mobile application for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We met for an initial call, where I listed our requirements. Then, TrianglZ designed mock-ups for how the application would look and function, which they sent me. After that, we began the development process using the agile methodology. 

TrianglZ has built a mobile application from scratch using Swift development and MongoDB. The platform is compatible with iOS and Android, and patients can use the tool to submit prescriptions and search for medication. Once patients find their desired medication, our platform provides them with a list of local pharmacies that they can choose from to fill the prescriptions. We also offer the option for patients to have medications delivered to their homes.

We’ve worked directly with the CEO and CTO of TrianglZ.

We’ve been satisfied with the results; TrianglZ developed a fully functional mobile application in just three months. They’ve helped us achieve our goals, and we’ve enjoyed working together. Since launching the application, we’ve seen about 300,000 App Store downloads and 40,000 active users per month.

TrianglZ has managed the project well; they’ve been very communicative and cooperative. Although we’ve only faced a few complications, the team has addressed them immediately and found practical solutions. The team has exceeded our expectations and executed deliverables ahead of schedule. We’ve used Jira and GitHub to manage tasks and Slack and Google Meet to communicate.

We were looking for a team that is supportive, reachable, professional, friendly, and of course deliver a very good quality of work in a proper time manner. We had alot of meetings at the beginning to explain our learning app to them. They got the concept and started to set a time frame for developing the app. 1st when will have a prototype then a whole application up and running. And before the date we agreed on they delivered the prototype and it was super and it also amazed our clients. And we are now in the process of developing the whole app

The project manager was so easy to communicate with. Once we started our work they created a WhatsApp group, Google drive file and slack room between all of us to facilitate the work and they start to communicate with us every 2 days to give us updates.

After launching our new product, we were able to increase our subscribers by 20% monthly. We were also able to raise a round of investment of $1M. TringlZ team has been a wonder addition to our team and we have nothing but love and respect to this company.

I cannot speak much to that because we did not outsource the project to TrianglZ, but rather we took a squad of developers and we managed our project fully.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about this company is their ability to hire high quality developers with reasonable prices. We have tried to do that ourselves for years, but were not able to fully grasp the process. They made our life easy for sure.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'm very happy with their services, but if there is anything to improve on is the overhead they charge on the part-time devOps team. I wish they could find a better formula to calculate the overhead. Right now they charge the same amount of overhead whether the devOps member worked 1 hour or 10 hours or even 30 hours.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

TrianglZ has deployed a lot of releases in the past two years. The most remarkable one has been the upgrade of our legacy system, which has extended its lifespan. On top of that, they’ve made it compatible with other systems. That’s a huge milestone for the team. 

Moreover, their resources are thorough in developing and testing products. They stay on top of everything and are great at risk mitigation. Their members let us know when they’re doing an upgrade. 

How did TrianglZ perform from a project management standpoint?

We work using scrum and Kanban methods through Jira and Confluence. They have call rotations, and their project manager is truly strong in giving us clarity and timelines. We typically communicate through Google Meet, Slack, and Teams. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their teams and how fast they hire resources are impressive. We’ve had vendors that couldn’t find Ruby on Rails developers fast enough, so we couldn’t take on projects. By contrast, TrianglZ excels at finding developers quickly. They have a joint program with a university — that’s how they find quality developers. 

Moreover, they’ve instilled our culture within their team. As a result, they’re always aligned with us. This is truly important for us; they’re not just another vendor working for our company — they want to be involved.

They should have a staff augmentation-based business model. Currently, they only offer managed services.
