Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of SAIF Brand, a luxury Arabian fashion brand.

For what projects/services did your company hire Trendz Agency?

I hired Trends to consult and produce media for my newly established company, which is still in the phase of building and materializing its brand identity. Trendz team produced beautiful promotional videos that sit as the biggest assets I have for my branding and vision of my company. Also, on multiple occasions Trendz produced product and video photography for my website and social media accounts. The Trendz team proved their creativity. Working with them is not about instructing on what to do but rather on outlining my vision which they creatively translate into reality. Its been a pleasure working with them and I will continue to do so.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

For Video production, I instructed that they produce a video directly instilling the brand values. We wanted to combine the ideas of being successful and wearing SAIF arabic sandals. For photography, we wanted photographs for a limited edition Exotic leather arabic sandals. Additionally, I needed digital marketing setup, especially on Facebook.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For Video production, I instructed that they produce a video directly instilling the brand values I had. We discussed thoroughly who the target audience was, what they look for, and how our brand values would align with them. We ended up producing a cinematic grade promotional video reflecting my brand's values. For photography, they took high end raw photographs for my high-end sandal launch. It was a for a limited production of Exotic leather arabic sandals. The results were magnificent and I hit record engagement on my instagram. In addition, i took many rotational product videos as e-commerce display videos/GIFs.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I would be in touch with the project manager frequently and as needed. A timeline is set which is adhered to professionally.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Trendz team's creativity. Translating a brand idea into a promotional video is no easy task. They managed on multiple occasions to deliver that. They weren't just do-ers, they were also thinkers—something that is lacking in many agencies I've previously worked with.

I’m the CEO, founder, and partner of CanCan Digital. We're a mobile app e-commerce business in the apparel and tailored clothing segment.

What challenge were you trying to address with Trendz Agency?

We needed help with marketing in order to communicate our brand, build awareness, familiarity, trust, and engage our customer base.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve done several media projects with Trendz Agency, with the first one being an advertisement, followed by a walkthrough video for our app. We’re currently working with them on a series of other ads based on concepts related to our product. They’re purely a media house that fully manages the content for our ads, and does photoshoots.

Our process involves giving them a brief or script of what we want, and they’ll manage the project by getting all the talent, professionals, videographers, editors, and voice actors involved. When that’s done, they’ll deliver the complete product.

What is the team composition?

We deal with one person who is managing our account for us. We’ve also dealt with the creative director.

How did you come to work with Trendz Agency?

I can’t remember how we found them. They gave us a very competitive price and they had good quality work in their portfolio. We didn’t spend a lot of time thinking about it. We just decided to try them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021, and the partnership is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Trendz Agency works really quickly at a high quality and cost-efficient rate — which pleasantly surprised us. When they saw us coming back to them to ask for help, they were very accommodating and suggested it would be better if we entered into a contract with them. Now, we do everything together, and we count on them for anything. They’re a good company that looks to build long-term relationships. If they keep their culture up, they’ll go places.

All the work they’ve done for us has been received well by our internal team and our customers. They deliver effectively and do what they promise.

How did Trendz Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is amazing, as they’re always on top of everything. If you’re a lazy customer, they’re going to make you work. Trendz Agency is very detail-focused, clear, and transparent with schedules. They never fail to follow up with you to make sure you’re aware of everything.

We typically communicate through WhatsApp and email, but we don’t get into the nitty-gritty stuff. We’d just give them a brief and they will handle and deliver it on time. I’ve never felt the need or desire to micromanage them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Trendz Agency makes the dollar go a long way. They give top-quality work that other people charge 3-5 times the amount for. They deliver their work quickly and with no fuss.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They would benefit from having some creative directors. At this age, you need people who can think outside the box and have their fingers on the pulse. This would enable them to do some creative content that could go viral.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice would be to just do it and work with Trendz Agency. You can trust them to treat your project like their project, and they have a very strong sense of ownership, accountability, and customer focus.

We did a testimonies project with them and they went and found the people to do the testimonials for us to help us expand our brand. They filmed it for us and were very helpful throughout the process.
