Since launch, we’ve seen an increase in organic website traffic, a steady flow of new customer inquiries, and growth in our online visibility, including the launch of our social media channels. I’ve worked with Trendo on multiple projects across different U.S. regions. Every time I’ve recommended them to a business partner, the feedback has been nothing but positive.

Trendo handled everything related to our Google Ads presence. They launched, managed, and continuously optimized campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
They also helped us set up and refine our Google Merchant Center feed, built reports in Looker Studio, and provided weekly and monthly updates.

Trendo helped us increase our overall ROAS from 180% to a peak of 514%, and it's currently holding steady around 345%.
They also cut our cost per conversion nearly in half — from €101 to as low as €52 (now around €65).

Their project management was solid. Reports were always on time, and they were proactive in spotting issues or opportunities. If we had a question or needed to change strategy, they adapted quickly.

Not much to criticize, honestly. Maybe sharing more testing ideas proactively could make things even better, but overall, we’re very happy.

Our Google Campaigns were througoughly optimized, leading to it becoming a much more profitable channel. tracking issues were fixed, allowing us to measure much more accurately, new ad channels (Pinterest) were set up and those new camapigns were fruitful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Often, I find, agencies can be somewhat defensive of how they do things - sticking to "how things ought to be" rather than analyzing each campaign/project on a one to one basis and fitting the solutions ot its needs. Trendo was great at being willing to understand how we do things internally, and offering to play a role within that structure, not forcing us to do it the other way around. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Trendo could have done differently?

Overall, it was a good experience working with them. If I was to have some feedback is that some decisions'moves they made throughour project were made using criteria they did not share with us in the process - no bad criteria, mind you. Just non obvious ones. 
So we'd sometimes need to reach out to ask for clarification on why or how things were happening a certain way. 
In their defense, it's not their job to educate us as clients. But it is also great to see their initiaties and be able to understand how those actions tie to our overall project goals. 
They were, however, always indulgent in having those conversations when requested and submitting reports with these rationales.

Since our project is new in SEO, in 3 months, we got:

• 80% of the scope was implemented in 3 months on the website, and we have a whole new structure.
