I’m the CEO and co-founder of Thankbox - an employee engagement, appreciation and rewards platform.

We needed help with product technical architecture, development, customer support and content management.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tremity helped us convert our B2C application into a B2B multi-tenant subscription service ready for the enterprise. The team has also been re-architecting and modernizing our frontend and backend while continuously implementing new technical features and requirements. Tremity is an active partner in the design and development process and helps steer our product in the right direction. Moreover, Tremity handles our customer support queries in a professional manner, leading to consistently high customer satisfaction. The team also continuously updates and manages our support portal knowledge base in addition to helping us with our content management.

Thanks to Tremity, we’ve increased our development speed by 50% and our customer satisfaction ratings by 20%. We continously hit our deliverable targets.

Sometimes, Tremity’s team gets stuck in the small details of tasks, which can delay work. However, they’re improving.
