They started by listening to my vision and were able to put words and structure around what my business was. Once we had the brand voice, we moved on to traditional branding including logo design, colors, etc. From there they delivered an incredibly detailed, well thought out and optimized website that encompassed everything we worked together to establish. The pace at which this was all completed from the ground up was incredible; full branding, website, and online presence within 4 months.

Our industry has faced significant headwinds, so measuring success purely by numbers wouldn't tell the full story. What TRCH delivered is harder to quantify but no less valuable. Before working with them, we had virtually no visibility into our digital performance. They not only managed everything but took the time to educate us along the way, explaining what the numbers meant and why they mattered rather than just sending reports and moving on.

Their insights directly shaped our website redesign, our ad spending strategy, and even how we gauge where our in-store traffic is coming from. That last piece, connecting the digital picture to what's happening in our physical showrooms, is something a lot of agencies never think about for brick and mortar retail.

Our ad spend is reported on monthly, as well as the number of inbound consultation requests and SEO/GEO performance. Inbound consultations have increased by 10% year-over-year consistently, while marketing costs have remained the same. Moreover, SEO optimization now accounts for 85% of our traffic when it used to be 50%. All other marketing metrics have improved as well.
