The project focused on the UX/UI redesign of our digital product and platform. TRAU worked through the experience from a broader product perspective, looking at the existing interface, user journeys, information hierarchy, and visual language before translating those insights into a redesigned experience. The work progressed through exploration, UX thinking, interface design, iteration, and refinement. They also helped establish a more consistent design direction that can be used as the product continues to evolve.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project gave us a significantly clearer and more modern direction for our digital product. The redesigned experience improved the consistency of the platform and gave our internal product and technology teams a stronger foundation to build on. One of the biggest benefits was having a design partner challenge existing assumptions and help us look at the product from the user's perspective rather than simply refining what was already there.

 we were very happy with the collaboration and the quality of the work. Like any product design project, there were moments where additional time for exploration or iteration could have been useful, but that is more a reflection of the complexity and ambition of the project than a major issue with TRAU. We would be happy to work with them again.

The new identity has helped us create a much more consistent look across our website, presentations, social media, and other marketing materials. It has also given our internal team clearer guidelines to follow when creating new content.

We had a positive experience overall. One thing that could have helped would have been seeing more mockups of the branding across different marketing materials earlier in the process. That would have made it easier for us to picture the final direction.

The project isn’t live yet, so we don’t have any measurable outcomes. However, we’re very happy with the deliverables. We had multiple rounds of feedback during the project, and the internal feedback was positive.TRAU was really great at the beginning of the project in understanding our needs and syncing with the view and preferences we had. With the first drafts, they really hit the nail on the head and delivered what we wanted.
