Overall, the project went smoothly, but there were a couple of areas that could have been slightly improved. I needed my website to get updated to the latest version. They not only updated it, they fixed all the bugs that they encountered and were fixeable. In order to improve the website and make it smooth I in fact hired them to install some modules, bug fixing and improving everything at a time.They in in fact warn me about the newest update and how to fix it.

Well, when I tried to update my website by myself I found unable to do it, I spent more than 8 hours trying to get it done.

They get the job done in less than 2 hours, everyting updated, everything fixed. That's my measure: time is equal to money and my website cannot stop working haha

• Our Core Web Vitals and overall site health are in a much more dependable and desirable spot
• We have seen large jumps in Google rankings because of this

The team is responsive to communications and ask questions when they are not sure of anything which is always reassuring. They show great enthusiasm, which is always appreciated.

I genuinely think that a better task management tool than Trello could be utilized.

Transform Agency is helping us do the development work on our site. We built our website based on an e-commerce framework for Magento, written with PHP, and we're trying to customize it for our retail customers.

They did not build the website from scratch; they're doing an upgrade where I provided the requirements of the task, the code base repository, and some sample databases.

They submit development work, and I will test them to see if the requirements are met. After I try it, I pass it to the end user to make ad hoc iterations.

Overall, they get tasks done within a reasonable time.

They're doing well with project management, but there could be an improvement in their response time. Regarding tools, we mostly use email.

Even though we only communicate via email, they deliver according to our expectations.

They could respond more frequently and keep me updated on the progress of the task because sometimes I'm unsure if they have received and understood the requirements.

We were able to accomplish the time to market and quality product in a 100%

The project was a waterfall project, we get issues in a Kansan board, we discussed about the issues before the developers started to work with them, in order to get everything clear. When everything was clear we were able to access to the board each time to know the status of each issue.

They have great communication skills, and when we have had issues in our deadline with final product and customer, they were 100% available and working with compromise, really hard, in order to help us to achieve our goals.
