Their project management was excellent. They communicated consistently throughout the project, were responsive to our questions and requests, and were very attentive to our needs. Deliverables were completed on time, and they were flexible and accommodating when adjustments or changes were needed. Overall, the project was well-organized and easy to manage from our end.

What impressed us most was their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the websites reflected our brand and met our specific needs. I’m the director of Columbus Christian Counseling Center, a counseling center . We assist individuals and families who need professional guidance to cope with and overcome challenges that interfere with living a rich and full life.

We needed to completely remake our webpage.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TracSoft has worked with our staff, administrators, and clinical staff to develop a new webpage. The site offers updated services like matching clients with the best fit of clinicians, updating to modern standards, and better communicating our goals with prospective clients. The team has designed the website, handled development, partnered on content, and will be partners on future updates.

We’ve seen an increase in our click rate, calls, and clients. Every member of our team has remarked that the updated “Find a counselor” feature is phenomenal.
