I Satwant Minhas the managing director of chalopind.com. Chalopind.com is basically a cab rental company providing car rental services to NRI'S coming from Canada, the USA, or any other western country and wish to go from Delhi Airport to their home destination like Punjab or Haryana.

We launch a new website chalopind.com with online booking facilities. We needed SEO and digital marketing for our website in USA and Canada, We were looking for Indian clients coming from these countries whom we can provide the cab service from Delhi Airport.

I search online digital marketing agencies in Delhi. I found touchstone is close to me so I personally visit this office. After a good discussion with Mr. Prashant, I selected them for my project.

We decided to work in two-phase. First, we will give the advertisement in Google AdWord so that we can get quick customers, and second, we will work with the SEO team as well so that our website can rank in the top position within six months.

We work with a digital marketing team and a graphic designer as well.

Google Adword was successful and we got a number of clients through it.

We regular talk over the phone and discussed our project. I personally visit their office once a month.

Mr. Prashant is a knowledgeable person. They helped me a lot to integrate a payment gateway into our website.

They need to improve their graphic design scale but overall they are superb.

Initially Touchstone Infotech team helped creating local presences of my business using Google Business Profile and other social media. They designed an informational website for my business. The next step was SEO and Google Ads.

The Local SEO work is giving is good results now. Before hiring Touchstone Infotech Team there were about 20-30 enquiries in a month from Google Business Profile. However, now there are more than 400+ calls from GBP along. They have also ranked my business website on 1st page of google due to which we get calls and enquiries from our website too.
