The project resulted in a fully functional and professional website that clearly communicates our tax and compliance services and improves our overall market presentation. We observed better clarity in client inquiries, with prospects approaching us with a clearer understanding of our service scope, particularly in corporate tax, VAT, and compliance support.The structured service pages and clear call-to-action improved engagement, reduced back-and-forth during initial discussions, and supported lead generation through direct consultation requests. Internally, the website also streamlined how we present our services to banks, authorities, and corporate clients, making it easier to use the site as an official reference during onboarding and compliance discussions.We received positive feedback from clients, particularly on how clearly the website presents our services and pricing. Clients found the pricing page helpful in setting expectations upfront, which made initial discussions more focused and efficient. We also received good feedback on the blog section, as it allows us to regularly share updates on tax and regulatory changes and keep clients informed in a structured and accessible manner.

TOSCROLL’s project management was well-structured and efficient. They communicated clearly at each stage, adhered to agreed timelines, and delivered all milestones on time. Overall, the execution was smooth, and there were no delays in delivery.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out most was how quickly TOSCROLL understood our requirements. There was very little back-and-forth needed, as they were able to grasp our business model and expectations early on and translate that directly into the website. The final output was well executed, professional, and aligned closely with what we had in mind.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the project was executed smoothly, and we didn’t encounter any major issues. If anything, more proactive suggestions on future enhancements or advanced features could have been helpful, but this didn’t impact the quality or delivery of the project.
