• Get products into the hands of the brand's target audience to generate authentic recommendations.
• Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all sample orders submitted through P&G’s ordering website, ensuring order data is captured and transferred seamlessly to fulfillment partners. Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies to minimize fulfillment errors and ensure timely, accurate order processing.
• Establish ongoing monitoring and reporting of website performance, order activity, fulfillment data integrity, and recurring issues. Provide regular, actionable insights into trends, user behaviors, and operational challenges, along with recommendations to improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and enhance overall program effectiveness.
• Proactively manage the functionality, usability, and reliability of P&G’s sample ordering website to deliver a seamless, intuitive experience for users. Identify and address barriers to successful order completion, respond to user feedback, and partner with P&G stakeholders to implement enhancements that improve user satisfaction, engagement, and confidence in the ordering process.

Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination - Serve as a key point of contact for website-related operational issues. - Coordinate with P&G stakeholders, technical resources, and fulfillment partners. - Communicate issues, resolutions, and recommended process changes. - Support implementation of approved enhancements and process improvements.
