Our main challenge was scaling our business in a profitable way. As an e-commerce company, we knew that we had the potential to promote ourselves through paid advertising. We wanted an effective way to serve our products all over the world. Our goals were to promote our product to as many people as possible and experiment as much as possible to find profitable channels.

We see incredible results from our engagement with Top Growth Marketing. They secure customers through campaigns that effectively manage our cost per conversion requirements. 

Their team scaled our paid ad efforts, and a few of them became big parts of our acquisition strategy. They continue to be a part of our acquisition engine. Even though it becomes more difficult to acquire customers the longer you’re in paid channels, they’ve still been able to find new audiences.

We mostly communicate via Slack. We also run through our one-on-one meetings using Google Docs.

Their knowledge of paid media is notable. I’m always impressed by their expertise, and I haven’t found anyone else with their level of talent in that industry. We expanded services since we started with Top Growth Marketing because working with them is great.

They could make improvements to project management and organization. We have a lot going on this time of year and would like to see more organization around notes and follow-through from meetings.

We've worked with TGM in various capacities since 2016. In 2016 they scaled our ads from a few thousand a month to hundreds of thousands a month with profitable ROAS. We eventually brought our ad buying in house until we started working with TGM again in 2020 when they oversaw all of our online advertising on Facebook and Google. They were organized, had a plan of attack, executed, and was easy to get ahold of when there were questions.
