The agency was attentive to the details from the beginning, provided regular extended SEO keyword research and topics for our blog, hired very good SEO writers, and helped us achieve our goals from the SEO channel in Japan.

They have created a new LP that has helped us improve the Ad Score rank Overall improvement from all the KPIs on both SEA and SEO activities

Communication is very good, we have a weekly meeting to review the campaigns and budget allocation. Separately we have real time communication via MS Teams and most of the time the responses are quite fast. They also provided a report that updates daily and allows me to check the KPIs on a regular basis.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are experts on the topics they handle. As a new company I feel they ambition to bring value to their customers. I liked the feeling of having a very dedicated support team.

The SEO activity has had some roadblocks, due to both delays and our side and from the team not sending the articles for review.

Thanks to this great job, we noticed an increase of traffic and conversion from Japanese speaking people. Then Kochi worked on the set up of new Google Search Ads for us and the Japanese audience.

They provided us with good insights and feedback in order to improve our results. We're using their ready-to-launch ads to improve our presence in Japan and they're monitoring these ads in order to optimize them.

What challenge were you trying to address with KOCHI?

We were looking for a team that could help with our growth marketing in both digital marketing and growth operations.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They worked with us to provide both digital marketing strategy and actual execution. That included developing business model validation methods for one of our clients, as well as strategies to test and tools for monitoring our own advertising performance. We gave them a weekly marketing plan and they executed it, targeting increased users and reporting the results.

Alongside that, they helped us to design and develop landing pages that we could route potential customers through our various channels of marketing. From there, we experimented with social media marketing and SMS marketing as well.

They were referred to us by someone else in the industry who we trusted, so we reached out to them and started conversations from there.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in February 2020 and we are continuing to work together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Working with them was excellent. They were able to produce outstanding results across the board on our efforts despite the fact that we were operating in a very tight timeline. We were targeting both user acquisition as well as conversion rates from that traffic and both of those metrics improved significantly over the course of our work with them.

How did KOCHI perform from a project management standpoint?

Some of the results that we saw were surprising, but we gained very good insights from all of the data we collected. The biggest value that we have received from the partnership was in the strategies and methods employed by KOCHI to deliver that data and make it digestible for our team. We will be able to use that information to shape our efforts going forward.

They have handled communication very smoothly so far, and everything has always been delivered exactly on time. We were always up to date about the schedule and what progress was being made, and if anything ever changed, they made sure to let us know well in advance so that we could decide how to react.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team possesses a lot of expertise in growth marketing, SEO, and PPC efforts which we were able to leverage to our great benefit. On top of that, they had no trouble keeping up with the fast pace of our company so that we were never waiting on them for any part of the project.

Our e-commerce was very new to our business and it's our first advertising to the domestic market. We saw a massive growth through the ads that Kochi provide. We were very impress and happy about it.

We have weekly meetings to go through all the updates and we also get a very thorough monthly report. It was very easy to track and analyse our spending and conversion and come up with new strategies to get more conversions. Overall very happy with the workflow.

Their commitment towards work and trying to understand all aspects of our product and services are impressive. They were also very responsive alway making sure we are reaching the goal.

Would be good to use slack over email, and updating assets and budget needs to be a bit more clearer.

We targeted super niche segment. KOCHI achieved 800 user registration within very limited resource at the low-fi MVP phase. 5000 registration at the hi-fi MVP phase.

High interaction at the beginning of the project to understand what we are working on. Then became KOCHI fully handle digital marketing campaigns. Sometimes we hired external marketing manager between us and KOCHI. All the situation, KOCHI kept professional performance.

KOCHI found a way to achieve the marketing target goal. They know ways to segment niche users effectively. Building landing page, tracking multiple media, KOCHI is the one-stop digital marketing vendor.
