We were looking for a team that could help with our growth marketing in both digital marketing and growth operations.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They worked with us to provide both digital marketing strategy and actual execution. That included developing business model validation methods for one of our clients, as well as strategies to test and tools for monitoring our own advertising performance. We gave them a weekly marketing plan and they executed it, targeting increased users and reporting the results.

Alongside that, they helped us to design and develop landing pages that we could route potential customers through our various channels of marketing. From there, we experimented with social media marketing and SMS marketing as well.

Working with them was excellent. They were able to produce outstanding results across the board on our efforts despite the fact that we were operating in a very tight timeline. We were targeting both user acquisition as well as conversion rates from that traffic and both of those metrics improved significantly over the course of our work with them.

How did KOCHI perform from a project management standpoint?

Some of the results that we saw were surprising, but we gained very good insights from all of the data we collected. The biggest value that we have received from the partnership was in the strategies and methods employed by KOCHI to deliver that data and make it digestible for our team. We will be able to use that information to shape our efforts going forward.

They have handled communication very smoothly so far, and everything has always been delivered exactly on time. We were always up to date about the schedule and what progress was being made, and if anything ever changed, they made sure to let us know well in advance so that we could decide how to react.

We have weekly meetings to go through all the updates and we also get a very thorough monthly report. It was very easy to track and analyse our spending and conversion and come up with new strategies to get more conversions. Overall very happy with the workflow.

High interaction at the beginning of the project to understand what we are working on. Then became KOCHI fully handle digital marketing campaigns. Sometimes we hired external marketing manager between us and KOCHI. All the situation, KOCHI kept professional performance.

KOCHI found a way to achieve the marketing target goal. They know ways to segment niche users effectively. Building landing page, tracking multiple media, KOCHI is the one-stop digital marketing vendor.
