Through low-fi MVP to hi-fi MVP, we needed to find ways to acquire users. Mainly focusing on social media platforms to find most suitable marketing channels and creatives. Also, user acquisition funnel including landing page and registration forms were the key deliverables as well.

Mainly one person worked with us. Added another creative expert if we needed extra support.

We targeted super niche segment. KOCHI achieved 800 user registration within very limited resource at the low-fi MVP phase. 5000 registration at the hi-fi MVP phase.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
High interaction at the beginning of the project to understand what we are working on. Then became KOCHI fully handle digital marketing campaigns. Sometimes we hired external marketing manager between us and KOCHI. All the situation, KOCHI kept professional performance.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
KOCHI found a way to achieve the marketing target goal. They know ways to segment niche users effectively. Building landing page, tracking multiple media, KOCHI is the one-stop digital marketing vendor.

KOCHI is a very talented small team. They might expand the team but I assume that's not what KOCHI does.
