I’m the executive VP of Value RCM Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We’re a US healthcare company that caters services to providers in the US. We file claims on behalf of doctors for investment.

What challenge were you trying to address with TIS Labs Private Limited?

TIS Labs is our IT partner; they provide IT solutions and consulting. The team is responsible for maintaining our server network and everything related to hardware and networking.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

TIS Labs provides us with on-site and remote managed IT services. When we first started Value RCM Solutions, TIS Labs was with us. They were solely responsible for setting up our hardware, networking, domain servers, and everything we had as a startup. Currently, TIS Labs is responsible for maintaining our domain servers and networking solutions. They’re also responsible for any ad hoc disturbances with our network or server.

TIS Labs has installed a lot of software for us. Whenever software installation is required, we discuss it with TIS Labs and weigh the pros and cons. We proceed as they suggest. The team provides annual system and server maintenance. As our company has grown from a 40-employee organization to a 400-employee organization, our software needs and our scope with TIS Labs have expanded.

What is the team composition?

Our main points of contact are Sreeram and Souradip. We also work with system engineers and networking people. TIS Labs also has engineers stationed in our office when required.

How did you come to work with TIS Labs Private Limited?

I was in a company called Boulder Healthcare Solutions before joining Value RCM Solutions.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend roughly $2,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in August 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had no problems working with TIS Labs; their services have been phenomenal so far. We’ve noticed improvements in our hardware. When we first started, we had a problem with the domain server, but everything is running smoothly now.

How did TIS Labs Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

The team has a ticketing system. Our internal IT team places tickets and mentions the problem. TIS Labs either resolves it and closes the ticket or sends an engineer if they need to do something on-site. Since we work 24/5, they also send an engineer during our next shift.

We communicate via phone calls and Microsoft Teams. The team meets deadlines and stays on budget.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to research issues and resolve them quickly is impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We haven't had any problem with the team as of now; everything is going fine.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Reach out to either of the two directors. Souradip is an IT wizard who can resolve anything. That is the best way to work with them.
