The project was evaluated and broken down into two parts, an MVP and a V1, the team completed research before development and created score for each feature. They delivered lofi UX form MVP, then hifi UX, and then UI. While developing UI for the MVP they simultaneously developed our V1 UX. The app is customer-facing and has many large features.

The team delivered on time, but occasionally completed extra work and billed after it was completed, asking for additional hours to be paid. They responded to our scope changes well an designed a top-notch figma that our internal developers used to build our app.

Tino occasionally completed extra work and reached out after the fact asking for increases in weekly hours to be paid.

We started off defining the scope of the project. From there the team asked me to spend some time working on a document, 30 pages, that made it very clear what we needed, what the purpose was, and what was required. From there we went into the design phase.

We worked with one of the founders, a project manager, and one designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The biggest plus with this team was their ability to make changes to the project. While they would redo the entire design concept they would always spend an additional wee reworking anything that I found needed changes. They did a lot of work without charging me for every single thing, which I know other agencies do from my experience.

We meshed very well. I loved that they always made themselves available for my team and me.
