I'm a CEO of a medical device company intended to treat cerebral aneurysms.

For an animation and video production for a European grant application.

We know the vendor, which works with several companies ralted to our main VC investor.

We divided the project into three segments:

• Video Shooting
• Animation
• Post production

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

The work was highly collaborative and professional, with emphasizing the detials to provide a high levle product - as well as frienly and warm communication and availability - that helped deliver the video in time.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With the video, we were able to submit for the desired application and meet the requirements.

Very open, structured, collaborative. Communication mostly via telephone, whatsapp, efficient use of online documents with real time editing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The communication and collaboration both with us, and with his own subcontractors. The feeling on a single team dedicated to acheive its goal.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing major. Perhaps a more automated 3D model integration process.

We wanted to make a promotional film for our company

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We started with an intro meeting. Than I worked on the script and sent it to Time2Wow for review. After that we filmed the movie . After 10 days or so, they sent me a draft of the movie, and after 2-3 iterations we finalized it.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with Tom. His feedback process included mostly script editing.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The movie was great. Time2Wow clearly was a professional team. Shortly after the into call I had with him, he new exactly how the film should look like . He carried out by himself the movie directions as well as the editing process. He brought an excellent video photographer .

I needed to have the movie ready within 4 weeks, and Tom did the best he could to meet this schedule Communication were done mostly through the phone and emails.

They are very professional in what they do.
