Tiller Digital's most impressive attribute is their ability to tell a story. Their design-eye and writing quality were top-notch and helped communicate our brand in ways that we did not expect. Coupled with their history of working with other SaaS clients, we were able to position our company and solution in the most effective and impactful ways.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tiller Digital could have done differently?

Through the home stretch of the project, tasks and timelines got a little blurred and rushed. It would have also been a better experience to have better clarity and reporting of the key metrics to reinforce the superior work that Tiller did on the project.

We spent a great deal of time building a brand that expressed the passion our team feels for the environment, the social good we want to do in the world and that conveys the complexity and potention of our technology. We asked Tiller to build a website with all of that in mind. To really get the essence of what it is we are trying to convey.

The main goal for the brand work is to provide clear guidance for future marketing and communication activities, ensuring a cohesive and conversion-optimized brand identity across all platforms. 
Plus, a website with better design for lead conversion, more engagement, improved SEO and user-friendliness.

The feedback from stakeholders has been overwhelmingly positive. Internally, team members are pleased with the new branding, brand guide, and website design. Tiller Digital successfully adhered to all project timelines, completing the work on schedule, and ensuring a largely smooth transition to the new website. 
The quality of the work is evident in the visually appealing and user-friendly website we have. Their understanding of WaitWell’s business and product, especially from a copywriting and content design standpoint, is reflected in the clear and compelling content, and we're quite happy with it.

What we found most impressive about Tiller was their exceptional ability to deliver high-quality work on a tight schedule. Despite the compressed timeline, they never compromised on the quality of deliverables.

The copywriting also stood out. The understanding of our product and target audience in such a short time that went into crafting content that was clear and compelling is very commendable. They understood our business needs and delivered in the form of precise and engaging copy that has resonated well with our stakeholders so far.

Save a minor misunderstanding regarding the scope of the website project, which could have been more clearly defined before kickoff, we have been thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the work done by Tiller Digital.

• Consistency of brand across all commmunication tools and mediums.
• A brand that reflects the values and culture of our church.
• Improved communication within our church community including an increase in use of our website to find out relevant information such as church events and activities but also core beliefs and history, etc.
• Greater efficiency when it comes to the development of new tools, both print and digital (i.e., using templates that match the brand).
• A sense of team and comraderie throughout the project.

The Tiller team excelled in managing this project by creating realistic goals and timelines and maintaining a high level of communication throughout the duration of the project. They were also very flexible and able to accommodate the need on our end to adjust the timelines.

We really appreciate the team at Tiller Digital! They consistently provide a high level of website design and content development services and as such have helped us as a church to set and realize our communication goals. What’s more, they have a very gracious way of helping us set and meet deadlines.

In hindsight, timeline was a bit aggressive for our small team but I don't regret launching early.
