Issue:  
The recruitment process of Bus Captain is lengthy, involving multiple steps such as background checks, medical examinations, license record checks, lots of administrative paper to different parties including Transport Department. This requires more administrative time and processing day than other jobs. 
Candidates may lose interest or accept other job offers during the prolonged process, leading to a loss of potential hires. 
Complex procedures also made recruiters hard to track the status of hundreds of applications efficiently, which also led to case-dumping. 

Solution: 
Review and streamline the whole recruitment process 
Developed new Recruitment Track System by Odoo 

Result: 
All candidate information, including personal information, communication history, and interview feedback, is stored in a single, centralized platform which eliminates the need for manual tracking and reducing the risk of case-dumping. 
Automation of repetitive tasks like simple click to prepare contracts or documentation or send important document to candidates which allow recruiter to spend more time on valued-added tasks, like improving communication with candidates and implementing recruitment campaigns to attract more applications. 
The system ensures timely communication with candidates, and positive candidate experience which can also increase our reputation and the likelihood of candidates accepting offers. 
The system also provide improved visibility into our recruiting pipeline and accurate database for reporting which allow management to effectively formulate recruitment strategies to tackle the problems.
