Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder and managing director of an innovation consulting firm NEWThings. We majorly serve our clients in their innovation initiatives in the field of strategic innovation.

For what projects/services did your company hire Tibet Tech Solutions?

We have worked with Tibet Tech Solutions in founding an Industry 4.0 workshop and experience center for one of the biggest union organizations in Turkey. We have handled the innovation and strategy part and Tibet Tech Solutions handled the production part.

SOLUTION

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

The aim of the project was to bring in industry leaders (manufacturers, engineers, company owners, technicians etc.) to a center where they can experience the state of the art Industry 4.0 elements and to support them transform their current businesses.

Typical requirements were extensive background knowledge on major production methods, mold making, production lines, robots etc. Tibet Tech Solutions was one of the best candidates with its 20+ years of production and equipment investment experience in the field of white goods, small domestic appliances, major domestic appliances.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

The union required the workshop and experience center to be managed by a professional team. Major expectations were to transform the mindset of the company owners and their teams in the production industry. We worked with Tibet Tech Solutions on the first work package; strategy building, addressing of industry needs and forming a work scheme in the center.

We have worked with one resource from Tibet Tech Solutions, managing director, Kani.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

After 4 months of work, we have submitted our white paper on the first work package. We have identified and prioritized which production branches in the industry to address, their specific needs the type of support they were seeking and the mind blockers. We have identified the managing professional team.

We have planned all the activities that will be carried out in the center on a capability scheme. We have designed the whole experience of a workshop in the center. Marketing planning has been made as well in order to communicate the message of the center to all stakeholders.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow among us was smooth and beneficial. They were easy to reach and acted very responsibly. They were very well prepared for meetings and punctual.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were giving more. Their expertise in production methods made it very easy to consider both the market and manufacturer needs at once.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were satisfied with the service we have got from Tibet tech Solutions.
