Complete redesign of my website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Successfully launched a modern, mobile-responsive website with clearer navigation, improved service information and stronger enquiry pathways. The new website provides Nicola with a professional and reliable platform that she can confidently use to promote her business.

From the initial consultation to our final call, communication was brilliant throughout. We talked through lots of options, they created mock-ups so I could really visualise everything, and they checked in at every stage to make sure I was happy before moving forward. The whole process was well organised and supportive.

Megan and her team really took the time to understand me, my business and what I wanted from my website. It felt like a very personal service rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

No, I was happy with every aspect of their service.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impresses me most about Thundr Digital is how they are not a 'one-size-fits-all' agency. In their initial proposal, they promised to build a bespoke strategy tailored precisely to our unique industry goals and treat our successes as their own.
Over the last year, they have fully lived up to that promise. They feel like a genuine extension of our internal team rather than an external vendor, showing a level of care and deep alignment with our business outcomes that is rare to find in digital marketing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Thundr Digital Ltd could have done differently?

There isn't anything they could have done differently. If anything, the results from their SEO strategy have been so positive that the only logical next step would be for us to find ways to expand our budget into more marketing channels with them in the future. Thundr Digital set a very high standard from day one and has consistently maintained it. They are a reliable, highly capable partner and I have no complaints or areas of improvement to suggest.
