For a long time, we have had an urge to implement a smart waste management System. The CRM system Masterbin assures the collection of garbage when the garbage level reaches its maximum level and provides accurate reports, increasing the efficiency of the system.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

When we were on search hunt as the website and CRM we want is of IOT based and it was a bit challenging for us to find an organization that fit our requirement but working with Thoughtwin From UI/UX till deployment was next level it was beyond our team expectations.

Our main goal and focus for the project was for accuracy and reports which the system is going to provide. And as our client wants the accuracy level to be perfect and the challenge which we faced was to select the technology.Latter we moved with react and were in direct contact with the developer to trace the accuracy.

By vendor, we have introduced to 13 developers some of them were from Rails and ReactJs Technologies and a few were QA and designers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our project was implemented the next day after we got the feedback. The accuracy level was perfect and now it saves a lot of capital for us. The feedback was very positive and happy.

All tasks were managed professionally by the concerned person and their management tools were really helpful in managing the project delivery.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were very concerned about the accuracy, since it was an IOT-based system, but our expectations were met thanks to Thoughtwin's expertise.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Reporting to client need to be done everyday instead of weekly call and scrum meetings

I am the CEO @workholics. And our client wants to track the health of Their franchisees with one key metric, Transitive, situated in Atlanta, Georgia.

We have designed a Customized Software platform for all marketers which connects all of the customer’s data to give the marketer a single customer view.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Finding Thoughtwin was not that tough,We have easily got the right asset for our project. We interviewed twice and our team came to a conclusion to go with a skilled developer.

Thoughtwin has assigned a project Manager for us to keep track of, and the project manager simplify the process by adding list of tasks and brought the whole Project on one place, and our main goal for the project was mainly a budget and the Time zone

The team comprises 6 members Out of which two were backend developers, one of them was a front-end developer and the QA and a project coordinator, and the marketing person through which we have connected.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

- This project proved to be the right choice after only a month of operation.Our businesses that operate under the same brand and use the same business model. Because of this Project, our clients get data from all locations simultaneously and can also develop insights and observe correlations faster. As a result, we can learn and improve what we must do to foster business success more easily.

Timely reporting of all the designing and deployment part of the project were clearly noticeable as I was added to their Slack dashboard.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The design part was harmonious with our niche, and the mobile responsiveness was phenomenal to our entire client base.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would be more convenient to communicate personally with Thoughtwin if it had an office in the United States
