Thirteen 05 answered every question, took into account future needs and pay close attention to the continued upkeep of our site through monthly meetings.  They keep their clients up to date on the progress their site is making in the rankings through the various keywords they use for optimazation and well as making sure everything stays up to date including new methods to ensure the marketing is embraced by AI platforms.

I’m the owner and publisher of The Lightning Press, a retail company. We publish doctrinally based reference books for military and government professionals, providing comprehensive resources widely used by armed forces and federal agencies worldwide.

What challenge were you trying to address with thirteen05 creative?

My custom-coded WordPress website was floundering and experiencing critical errors repeatedly that kept it from operating correctly.

What was the scope of their involvement?

thirteen05 creative has worked through all the mechanics of the site to resolve the errors. The team has also updated the site and streamlined its functionality. For one, I had a custom cart that handled both physical products (paperback books) and digital products (e-books). thirteen05 creative has been able to troubleshoot my custom cart and fix all the programming errors. 
Moreover, the team has helped with site performance improvements. We’ve also made design and functionality improvements that have been integrated seamlessly into my custom cart and design. Most recently, we completely migrated and integrated a completely new digital product (eBook) functionality into my website for my readers. We are currently working on integrating digital subscription-based services also to my site.
