Although it’s hard to tell if there was an increase in performance since we’ve been using Third Marble Marketing since I started, they seem to have successes every month when we do our meetings. We’ve seen improvements in conversion rates, video view-throughs, and first-page rankings for SEO, although the improvements vary month over month.

Their customer service was excellent and their expertise in Google ads and local SEO really helped boost our seasonal bookings and overall online presence, not just on Google but also on AI platforms as well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Third Marble Marketing could have done differently?

While their technical execution is excellent, providing more advanced visual heatmaps of website user behavior would have been a helpful addition to their monthly reporting. Additionally, a slightly more streamlined onboarding process for their client portal would have made the initial setup feel a bit faster.

SEO and display ads is how we started the project. Very happy with all of these services and no need to ever search for a different company even with all the competition. Then we hired third marble for a full website redesign and love it and get complimented often.

To ensuring that it would be ADA compliant, optimized for Google and other platforms as well.  I know have great page load speeds in addition to an aesthetically pleasing website.  They took my mediocre website and made it full throttle.  We have implemented SEO as well and I am looking forward to having my business highlighted and seen across google for optimal exposure.

Our business was on page 3 for most of our Google searches and no where on Google Maps.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Third Marble was local to us and their pricing was reasonable with no contracts, so we felt like it was worth a shot.

First, they fixed our Google My Business account and got it aligned with Google's policies. Then they worked on recoding the website so it helped Google understand our website better. They also helped complete the online business profiles with the right keywords for our business.

There were at least 4 people that worked on our account, maybe more.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are now in the #2 spot on Google Maps and the #1 spot in the organic listings. Our traffic is at least 10 times what we were getting a year ago.

They follow a process, so there's not much interaction. This was great since we didn't know what to ask for. We just let them do their thing and it works.

They definitely have a plan. There's minimal wasted effort.

I think the first month was a little slow to get started. There was a lot of hurry up and wait.
