In order to integrate carrier APIs into our application, my team collaborates with Thinksys. We include any new products that the carrier releases into our online services so that our clients can benefit from them. Upkeep, improvement, and maintenance are all included in this work.

I've been quite pleased with the work they've done, the way they've functioned, and the communications they've provided, so I've enlarged the team to include some of their resources.  On a broad scale, their outcomes are abundant and well-received by all.

 We don't really have a system in place that enables us to extract data on project time to completion.  We may be placed on hold for weeks at a time, and we may not be able to manage this.  It doesn't seem reasonable to use that while evaluating their performance because we are unable to fix it.

Working from a board, we rearrange our projects as time permits.  They also don't hesitate to voice their opinions or ask questions.  I have complete faith that they know what to do if I have to depend on them to make some of the more difficult decisions regarding development when I'm not around.

It's the caliber of the job.  I haven't encountered any problems, but I've heard tales of other difficult contractors that my company has worked with.  Because of the way the team manages our workload, I'm actually quite sure I won't ever have to deal with some of those issues.  To allow their developers to concentrate on the job we require, they divide the teams apart on their own.  There aren't any extras.

Delivery happened very quickly. Remarkably so. These tests are clearly being built by a group of skilled engineers. The exchange of information was excellent. Thinksys and I have a Slack channel, and they respond quickly. Our teams stay in sync through weekly meetings as well.

During the first month of deployment, we saw an increase in customer satisfaction ratings and a decrease in first-response time. Since the chatbot could answer the majority of the questions by itself, our human agents were able to tackle more challenging issues.

They create and oversee our testing environment using their in-house toolkit. Every build produces a deployment bundle as part of our continuous integration model. From this point on, Thinksys's system starts automatically, testing our staging environment in a number of scenarios. Additionally, they help us define test matrices to guarantee accurate and comprehensive coverage.

Backend Development: Thinksys has developed a strong and secure backend architecture which aided in expansion and scalability of the platform. They have developed an API in the existing system, but without compromising the level of security, Frontend Development: Thinksys added intrinsic interaction design and incorporated responsive design to the site. They provided smooth connection between the frontend and the backend, working on the aspects of performance, security, and the general usability enhancement.
