We’ve seen an increase in our site traffic and sales.

How did Think Shaw Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

Think Shaw Private Limited has performed well in terms of project management. Every week, they send me progress reports regarding our SEO and Google Ads performances. These reports summarize everything that they’ve done throughout the week and provide recommendations regarding what they think we should work on in the coming weeks.

We primarily communicate through email and Skype.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m really impressed with how thorough Think Shaw Private Limited is with their reports and summaries. They’re definitely one of the most thorough companies I’ve ever worked with in terms of documentation.

I also appreciate how accessible they are and how they take the time to explain the things that I don’t understand. They’re always available during most of my work hours despite our time differences, which I’m really appreciative of.

I don’t think there’s anything Think Shaw Private Limited could improve on — I’ve really enjoyed working with them so far.

Think Shaw helped us increase our organic traffic and improve our site’s visibility. They were doing a great job; unfortunately, we didn’t have the funds to keep them on board, so we had to end our engagement.

Think Shaw’s project management was perfect. They went above and beyond to ensure that I got answers to all of my questions. We used WhatsApp to communicate, and they used Google Analytics and other metric websites to keep track of the results.

Prior to our engagement with Think Shaw Private Limited, we’ve only been averaging about 15 hours of sessions per week — their SEO expertise has helped us acquire 35 customers a week, which is 50% more than our usual average.

During our initial meeting, their team has promised that they’ll help us get on the first page of Google within six months. We’ve started with a humble 90th rank, and we’ve now met that goal by being part of the top 10 providers in our area.

We communicate via WhatsApp and monthly Zoom meetings. They’re an efficient and transparent team — they deliver biweekly progress reports, and their planning skills help us stay on track to meet our goals.

Think Shaw Private Limited commits to the promises they set. We definitely get what we pay for with their team’s quality services.
