The scope of work with Think Beyond was focused on strategic CRM evaluation, specifically assessing the suitability of Salesforce forour needs as a growing e-commerce company. Their consulting engagement was structured around discovery, analysis, and actionable recommendations. 

Their work helped us make an informed, confident decision and avoid committing to an overly complex system before we were ready.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Avoided an Estimated €50,000+ in Unnecessary Implementation Costs. Based on Think Beyond’s recommendations, we chose not to proceed with Salesforce at this stage, saving significant budget that would have gone toward licenses, development, and admin resources.

Their feasibility analysis helped us avoid overengineering our sales infrastructure too early, which could have led to poor adoption and inefficiencies.
These outcomes gave us the clarity and confidence to move forward with the right tools at the right time, without compromising on our long term vision.

What impressed us most about Think Beyond was their honesty and client business first mindset. 

Unlike many consultants who jump straight into implementation mode, Think Beyond took a step back and helped us assess whether Salesforce was even the right fit for our growth stage. They weren’t there to “sell” us their solution they were there to guide us toward the right decision, even if that meant saying no to a major project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Think Beyond could have done differently?

The overall experience with Think Beyond was very good, but if we were to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the inclusion of more industry specific case studies or benchmarks particularly focused on early stage ecommerce firms.
