We have known this agency before and really liked their job.

Firstly, we received the proposal for our web design that we agreed to have. Secondly, our old website was transferred to the new one design and all-important functions - calendar, booking system were implemented. Also, we got profi photographer who helped us to have nice photos. Then we went through the changes on the website and tried to find the last tweaks. Max and his team also helped us with our new domain and redirecting the old website to the new one.

I mostly work with Max, but I believe there were more people involved.

More user friendly and has a great design. For sure, up to date website.

They are specialists not only in web design but they can help with anything that is connected to IT, advertising, marketing, SEO, etc.

The communication could be better and more effective. Next time, I would prefer to have more face-to-face meetings and a document with all important changes than emails to make it more structured and effective.

Now that we are able to direct our traffic to the website through way of campaigns we have seen an increase in traffic.

They gave us a professional site that is easy to update. Our team had never worked with WordPress before, but are able to make changes when necessary.

Provinyl is the largest and most respectable car wrapping company in Australia. The business was built from the ground up to becoming a multi million dollar entity working alongside Ferrari, Maserati and other luxury car dealerships, car enthusiasts and insurance companies for car vinyl wrapping, vinyl paint protection and signage services.

We were looking to build a concept not yet established in Australia, and market the business to an untapped market.

Provinyl hired TheAD to come up with a company entrance strategy, create demand for a new product and service as well as strategise advertising campaigns that would attract various target groups. TheAD was also put in charge of creating the website, CRM and SEO services and all offline advertising.

What were your goals for this project?

The projected goals for Provinyl were first to enter into a market of its creation in Australia and then dominate against competitors who subsequently followed. The main goal was centred on turnover achievements where 2 million revenue needed to be reached in less than 5 years.

The CEO had connections with the Director at TheAD and through their network connections, the business relationship was formed.

The Provinyl team met with TheAD multiple times to establish a comprehensive and clear business concept and brand identity. Over the course of a year they worked on identifying the key drivers, pain points and critical stages for market entry, consumer demographic and potential competition threats.

Then the website was developed across several stages with the platform constantly evolving as the business grew. TheAD also was the lead for Pronvinyl's numerous Google Adwords campaigns as well as the creator of visual advertising content.

This involved the concept, project scope and development of video and photography projects for online and multiple media outlets. TheAD also developed in 2018 the internal management software used by the business and its employees.

This enabled the company to track invoices, Job progression and the ability to expand to other cities outside of the Sydney Head-office without extensive expansion costs.

What was the team composition?

I worked closely with the CEO of Provinyl and the team at TheAD. As the business grew this became an extensive network between departments. I'm unsure how other teams interacted or their specific role.

Since the contract with TheAD, the revenue went from 0 from the business registration to a reported turnover in excess of $2,000,000 in less than 5 years.

In 2017 the business suffered a decrease in productivity. TheAD reversed and improved the company performance by over 30% averaged across each department once the new software was implemented and in use for 6 months.

Over the last 2 financial years the business can continued to report a steady flow of new customers. This shows that theAD's marketing strategy does not only ensure client loyalty but also the maintaining of the business presence to untapped income.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As there was already an existing network connection between the CEO and the director of TheAD, the workflow was quite effective and seamless in communicating between teams. Both teams were based in Sydney, and we're able to navigate successfully international timeframes when needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

TheAD is very wholistic and hands on in their approach to a project. Given the extensive amount of responsibility they were given, other companies looked to outsource or break up the tasks, which muddies communication and ultimately liability for when something goes wrong.

TheAD has been with Provinyl since the beginning, and has not stagnated nor underperformed during the entire course of its ongoing contract. Because they are a vertically aligned business, all tasks and issues are handled with a one person contact. We didn't need to speak to several parties or designers or consultants. TheAD makes it seamless when looking at multiple components within a bigger picture.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything can always be done faster with better accuracy, but overall their response time to problems has always mitigated any frustrations with errors.
