The AI consulting work consisted on helping us to define the data infrastructure and processes required for feeding complex neural networks for a new, abstract strategy game (more complex/combinations than chess or go). It then consisted of helping us to define, build, and test the neural networks, to define and refine the reward mechanism, and to refine the output and processes. 

The web3/tokenomics work consisted of defining and building our game economy via a tokenomics model, including: our key principles, our value flow, our investment rounds and allocations, and our projections, parameters, and stress testing

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Tesseract team delivered all three parts of the project (the data strategy, the neural network consulting assets, and the tokenomics model) with great speed, at low cost, and with incredibly high collaboration. 

The (technical) artefacts were ready to deploy and were accompanied by extensive notes for implementation and explication. Further, by being bespoke, they were able to be used immediately without any customisation.

Tesseract delivered early and iteratively. Their response times were incredibly quick. They also were always happy to jump onto a call or answer questions via WhatsApp.

The combination of incredibly high expertise and low cost is very powerful. AI and data are what they live and breathe, which is refreshing for someone coming from a technical consulting background where that is so rarely the case. Further, they really want to help you to define the problem you're tryting to solve before pushing on - this makes for better results that come more quickly.

The first measure of success was to launch the product with our customers and recieve feedback from them. The other measure of scucess came from testing real labeled data to validate the accuracy of the model's analysis.

They managed the project well, with clear and timely communication. Although there were never many delays, any interuptions in the project were brought to us in advance and clear paths were made to overcome them and move forward. All needs were met on the project.
