I’m the CEO of a jewelry company; we primarily create memorial pieces.

What challenge were you trying to address with Terra Digital?

I wanted to migrate our website from Wix to WordPress because Wix was charging us a lot of money per year. My goal was to move to WordPress to save costs and improve the site's quality.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Terra Digital migrated our website from Wix to WordPress and redesigned certain aspects of each page. For the landing page, they added graphic elements to improve the overall look and feel of the site. They also built plug-ins from scratch to try and improve our page-loading speed. 

Our marketing manager also collaborated with them on keyword research and SEO efforts. They streamlined our website content and visuals and aligned them with our marketing. After finishing the site, they helped us with troubleshooting.

We worked with two team members from Terra Digital, including a copywriter. 

How did you come to work with Terra Digital? 

Terra Digital had a good reputation within our local community and was cost-effective. As a small business, we needed to factor in costs and quality of work, so when they gave us a quote within our budget, we moved forward confidently.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested $500 in the partnership with Terra Digital.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Terra Digital from March 2021–April 2022. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Terra Digital improved our website’s design, page-loading speed, and SEO. Their efforts have significantly increased our sales and productivity. Before working with them, all of our traffic came from Instagram. We rarely received leads through our website, and we never received requests for custom memorial pieces. Since launching the new site, we’ve seen a dramatic increase in website traffic and leads interested in memorial pieces. As a result, our revenue stream has grown, and I’ve been able to focus on more creative, one-of-a-kind projects, which I prefer. 

How did Terra Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Terra Digital was an efficient partner, and they delivered great work for a reasonable cost. They were approachable, responsive, and amenable to our requests. We mainly communicated via email and phone, and the team was honest about timelines and always communicated delays. They consistently found creative solutions for issues and never let me down. 

Furthermore, they were very knowledgeable and tuned into the market. I think one day they’ll grow to be a big, successful company that I won’t be able to afford.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was most impressed with their tenacity and determination to identify the right solutions. They were very talented at troubleshooting, and they refused to give up. Clearly, they wanted to please us and create a complete product that we were happy with. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing Terra Digital could improve on; they did a great job.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend providing Terra Digital with a clear outline and precise goals for what you want to achieve. They can deliver on your asks as long as you provide the structure. Also, try to back up your phone communication with emails so that everything is documented.
