Completely all-inclusive in their offer, Villyge’s final users are as vast as the resources they provide, from coaching and leadership training to even legal compliance, all in the name of creating a parent-friendly work culture. The Challenge Teravision Technologies was in charge of the entire development process for the platform, both for the frontend and backend. The main challenge this project faced was the integration of different messaging and email service providers with the platform, as each provider has a specific set of requirements and details that make them different, which makes integrating them a complex task. The Solution We implemented a spike to develop a roadmap for making integration possible, leading us to use a series of best practices in programming structure and compatible integration tools, like NYLAS, that gave us the desired result. We developed their MVP within the discussed timeframe. Through coding best practices and structured logic, we managed to circumvent the limitations caused by the complex integrations. The Challenge Speaking with the representatives of PayWith, the project consisted in developing their iOS and Android based payment applications. Their main concern when discussing the project was their difficulty in hiring the right engineers for the job, while also having enough resources on hand to properly accelerate their workspeed if necessary. The Solution The company needed to quickly ramp up cost effective, agile development teams with best coding practices and experience in iOS and Android app development, and the ability to have benched resources available when needed.
