The platform includes GPS geofencing, mobile scheduling with publish controls, project views, labor costing reports, work orders that sync to mobile, and field crew tools — built and refined over multiple release cycles.

Moreover, TeQ Mavens delivered an internal knowledge base with a document editor similar to Google Docs and Confluence. The team also created a complex infrastructure to layer a powerful AI search that gave clear answers quickly. Additionally, TeQ Mavens built an approval workflow feature that allowed content to be sent for approval, reviewed by the appropriate parties, and published for consumption by others. The team also integrated Zoom and Microsoft Teams to retrieve transcripts, summarize meeting notes, and make them accessible to meeting attendees.
