Project management was stellar. The process was clearly defined, and Tempo was extremely responsive. I always knew what stage we were in, what they were working on, and what was required of me to stay on schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am impressed by Tempo by Clockwork. There's a real need for web design for smaller organizations like ours, and it was so worthwhile to work with Tempo without the extra bells and whistles we don't need. Emily did a fantastic job on understanding our needs, the user needs, and designing a simple, beautiful website that greatly improved our content creation and the web user experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tempo by Clockwork could have done differently?

I genuinely have no poor feedback. I think I could have better managed content input on our end, but Emily and Bjorn were so fantastic in getting this project live, helping me along the process, and the end product is better than I could have imagined.

We were in the process of helping our client build a new brand, positioning, and go-to-market strategy and needed a partner to collaborate closely with our design team with web development capabilities outside our core expertise.

We've had a relationship with Clockwork for multiple years and have always appreciated their partnership and quality of work.

In this case, we were working with a startup, and the needs of the website were minimal, so we wanted to find a solution that aligned with the project's scope and could be delivered within a pretty aggressive timeline. The Tempo team recommended Webflow, which seemed like the perfect match for this simple web experience.

Two - a project/account lead as well as the engineering lead.

It's too soon to tell, but the fact the we launched the site on time with only a matter of weeks to build it was a huge win for all of us.

They have very clear communication. Always felt like the right amount of project management and appreciate their flexibility as timing always needs to be fluid in this type of engagement.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

One of the things that we've always appreciated about working with the Tempo team is how they dig into the needs of the project and offer thoughtful recommendations aligned with our client's needs.

In working with other development companies, there's often a feeling of their solutions being overly complex for what's actually needed, or they're just reselling a solution that dictates how the digital experience may come to life vs. recommending the right technology to support the best experience.
