New technology integration, day to day IT operations, service and all of the above from an IT company

What were your goals for this project?

To effectively and efficiently change out all of our PC's with an updated version

How did you select this vendor?

We selected Teletek given their industry experience, response time, communication and favorable prices.

Describe the project in detail.

Wanted to share with you the plan and timeline to setup the computers and server. Please let us know if you are comfortable with our proposal or if you would like to make any changes.

1. Monday 5th through Thursday 8th: Check current computers one by one and backing up the files to the server Run program to get licenses
2. Friday 9th: Remove each machine Unpacking and do initial setup for the new computers – 10 minutes / computer Rename computer and join them to the domain 5 min/computer Install programs like office/xebra Server physical setup
3. Monday 12th: Login to each new user and transfer their files All computers will be working – connected to current server New Server configuration – Remotely done
4. Wednesday 14th: Tom to go on site and connect the old server’s hard drives vis USB to new server – EOD 4PM Map the new drivers to the computers
5. Thursday 15th: Configure remote desktop All stations should be live connected to the new server

What was the team composition?

Presented a formal quote for approval. Assigned a project manager who walked us through timelines and deadlines. Met techs when they came on site and project ran as smooth as it was presented.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

What i will say is that we had little to no down time. They worked around our schedule so we weer able to continue to conduct business without missing a beat. In the process our entire technology platform was upgraded and allowed us to work faster moving forward.

It was seamless. Smooth and easy

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their communication skills and response time set them apart.

At this time we were completely satisfied with the quality and service we received.

I am an Executive Support Specialist at a wine distributor located in MD. We work with wholesales in MD, DE and DC. I oversee Database, Logistics and Compliance.

How did you select this vendor?

We have been with TelTek for many years now and very happy with their service so when it's time for another project there is no question of what company to use.

Describe the project in detail.

Latest big project was to upgrade 6 office computers to support Windows 10. It was done very efficiently, within one day. Equipment was ordered by TelTek to be delivered to our office prior to tech's visit. I was coordinating the project on our side.

What was the team composition?

We mainly work with tech support specialists on day to day basis. And when there is a project it's 3 to 5 people that assist us from TelTek.

Received positive feedback from our team on new equipment.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very efficient with no issues, stayed on schedule.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We appreciated the personable approach they took with our project. They are very pleasant to deal with, always polite and will reach out after project has been completed to make sure that everything is working as planned. Annual visits from Chris (the owner) to have a face-to-face discussion definitely help to understand business better.
