The project covered both website improvements and internal system optimization. TekNexuss started with an audit, then updated our website structure, performance, and messaging to better support lead generation. 

They also set up and refined workflows, automated repetitive tasks, and integrated our tools for smoother communication and tracking. There were a few initial issues with some automations, but they were quickly resolved. 

Key deliverables included an improved website, structured workflows, system integrations, and a more efficient client management process.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw clear improvements in both our operations and digital performance. Our website engagement improved, with better page flow and more consistent enquiries coming through. Internally, the time spent on repetitive tasks reduced significantly due to the new automations, which allowed our team to focus more on client work. Our client management process also became more structured, with better tracking and communication across projects. While there were a few initial issues with some workflows, once they were refined, the system became much more reliable. Overall, the changes led to improved efficiency, better organization, and a noticeable increase in productivity.

The project management was generally well structured and collaborative. Deliverables were provided in stages, which made it easier to track progress and provide feedback along the way. Most tasks were completed within the agreed timelines, and when there were minor delays, they were communicated in advance.

They were responsive to our needs throughout the project and quick to adjust whenever we requested changes or clarifications. Communication was consistent, and they were proactive in addressing issues related to workflow setup and system integration.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was their ability to combine technical execution with practical business understanding. They didn’t just implement tools or make changes in isolation—they took time to understand how our operations work and aligned the solutions accordingly.

Their approach to setting up our systems, especially around automation and integration, was thoughtful and structured. They were also very proactive in identifying gaps we hadn’t initially considered, particularly around workflow efficiency and communication flow.

Are there any areas for improvement or something TekNexuss could have done differently?

There were a few areas where things could have been improved slightly. In the early stages, some of the workflow setups and automations required a bit of refinement after testing, as a few processes didn’t initially function exactly as expected. However, these were quickly addressed once identified.

At times, clearer upfront clarification on certain technical requirements would have helped reduce a few rounds of adjustments later in the process. That said, they were always responsive and willing to make corrections promptly.

Overall, while there were minor adjustments needed along the way, the issues were resolved efficiently and did not significantly affect the progress or outcome of the project.

It's really their technical understanding that was very unique. They were able to bring many ideas to the table that were really beneficial for our product.

Just one thing is that if they could have assisted us with some of the design skills, like their UX/UI for a better drag and draw builder, that could have been great, but we somehow managed it.
