Moreover, the client feedback was overwhelmingly positive. We saw over 70% of active owners linking and using the mobile digital key feature.

They could improve their proactive resource forecasting. For instance, getting our senior security architects involved earlier could have helped us make key protocol decisions more quickly. Plus, if we had been more consistent with our daily meeting times, it would have better aligned with our rapid internal cycles.
